hmmm... I finally understand why why why... my mascara ALWAYS smudges after about 10 mins of putting on...no matter what kind of WATER PROOF i buy.. i always end up chucking them.
During my trial makeup.. my artist told me that i have watery eyes...and the kind that the tears just go around in the eyes. which doesnt fall off even when i try to blink hard... resulting in smudges. Even b4 she finish painting my face, she already had to clear up the smudges for 3 times...
so.. no amount how Waterproof make up can tackle this watery eyes issue..She says she loves my eyes..ppl would kill to have my eyes....

I'm still trying to get used to not wearing braces...
