It terrifed me.. I muz admit. I think its the most dramatic ill experience I ever had
hmmmmm...I think it all started on the thurs when I was doing the Qtr close for Hallmark. Been up late in the night so that I would get immediate response from US with regards to this very 1st closing. Had been feeling feverish and unwell but i just took Lemsip hoping it'll go away as usual.
Then came Sun, I couldnt really wake up... all I could do was lay a little longer, hoping a little more rest would make me better..
Its the most terrible feeling I ever had.. I knew something was terribly wrong and was soon on the way to the hospital.
Cant recall what happened.. I only knew that I was looking for a seat while CX was registering me.. the next moment.. I'm started feeling someone lifting me to the bed.
I had difficulty in breathing and running high fever at the same time.
Was sent for Xray, put on packets of drips and "breathing mask"...
Given panadol and cough syrup and waited for the med to take effect and for the doctor to confirm if I had to be warded...
I was hoping against hope that I dont need to be warded... because i totally hated the personnels and the atmosphere there. I thought i felt more sick while i was there as people are just coughin into the air, etc...
After a long hours of wait, they took my temperature again. The funny thing was.. after the drip, my fever went up instead of coming down. But luckily enough, I was able to go home. I think I couldnt be happier at the moment.
We headed for my mum's house straight after so that she could look after me while CX goes to work..it was bout 2am and my parents were worried sick bout me.
On monday, I had some rashes around my eye and always felt very queasy after taking med.
They decided to bring me to the doc's again..
and this time.. even my parents in law came to my mum's place.. CX got a hearful from his mum for tellin her only on monday morning. I felt so embarrassed as I was the one who told him not to say.. ahahahaha
And so..all of them went back to the hospital with me, this time to the walk-in clinic coz my mum said its a lot faster though more ex. He replaced my cough syrup and increase my med!!! Arghhh...
But on tue, when CX came to see me and i was sleepin as usual, he told my mum I felt even more feverish.. I think my mum panicked..and they all decided to bring me to see a doctor AGAIN.. coz by right i should be getting better and not worse.
My dad drove us all to the Blk4 clinic, 2 clinics near my grandma's.. all closed.. I kept hearing my mum urging Dad to drive faster.. see where else got clinic. I was so afraid that we would get into an accident.
Luckily, they found one near our old house. And the doctor told them that my med was already very very strong.. but he's going to replace them with stronger ones.. and increasing medicine too! Arghhh....
All in all.. I had to take 8 diff kind of med.... sleeping 80% of 24hrs for the past 1 week. Being in a daze while I was awake. I think i scared lots of ppl.. including myself.
Thanks for all the concern.. I'm recovering now.. fever is coming down at last, no longer above 38.
I must and I will.... take good care of myself...

Esp when my mum wanted to put meimei into the washing machine while I was eating my medicine I smsed him and.. he went " CANNOT!!!!! confirm will spoil one!!!! Muz stop her!!!! dear must protect mei mei okie?!!!" whahaha
